Yes — we offer same-day delivery across Dubai for orders placed before 2pm, and next-day delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ and Fujairah. International shipping is available on request.
For corporate orders of 20+ hampers, we recommend 7-10 days. For 100+ hampers or fully bespoke programmes, two weeks gives us room to do it beautifully. We can move faster — just say the word.
Absolutely. You can swap items, add monogrammed pieces (engraving, embroidery, foil-stamping), include a handwritten card, or commission an entirely bespoke composition. Tell us about the recipient and we’ll take it from there.
Yes. Halal, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and diabetic-friendly hampers are all available — just let us know when ordering. Every item in our atelier is clearly tagged.
Because each hamper is composed fresh, we don’t accept returns on personalised items. For non-personalised orders, returns are accepted within 7 days if the hamper is unopened. See our full returns policy.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Tabby (split in 4), and Tamara (pay in 3). Corporate orders can be invoiced — contact us to set this up.
Every WonderWrap hamper is wrapped as standard — that’s rather the point. For upgraded wrapping (silk ribbons, custom monograms, presentation boxes), choose the ‘Signature Wrap’ add-on at checkout.
