RETURNS & REFUNDS

If something isn't right.

We pour care into every hamper. If yours arrives less than perfect, we want to know — and we’ll make it right.

Non-personalised items

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the hamper is unopened and in its original packaging. Refund issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.

Personalised items

Engraved, embroidered, monogrammed or bespoke hampers cannot be returned once production has started. If there’s a fault in our craftsmanship, we will of course replace or refund.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange replacement or refund — whichever you prefer. hello@wonderwrap.ae

How to start a return

Email hello@wonderwrap.ae with your order number and reason. We’ll send a courier to collect within 48 hours at our cost. Refunds appear within 5-7 business days of return receipt.
