All orders placed through wonderwrapgifting.com are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, and we’ll refund you in full if we do.
All prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara. Payment is taken at checkout. Corporate accounts can request invoicing on Net-30 terms after credit approval.
Personalised hampers (monograms, engravings, handwritten cards, custom compositions) cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. We will always send you a confirmation before locking in any personalisation.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver within the timeframes shown at checkout. Delays caused by force majeure, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer are outside our control. See our full shipping policy.
